Hi Lincoln Lightning Families,

We are so excited to celebrate an amazing first season with our Lincoln Lightning Field Day tomorrow! Below are a few important reminders to help the day run smoothly.

⏰ Check-In

Please arrive by 8:00 AM so we can get everyone checked in, organized into teams, and then have the kiddos sit on the bleachers.

👕 What to Wear

Please have your swimmer wear:

• Clothes they don't mind getting wet
• Clothes that can get dirty or possibly stained
• Comfortable athletic shoes

Don't forget a water bottle! It's going to be a fun and active morning, and we want everyone to stay hydrated.

🎨 Team Colors

Attached to this email are the Field Day teams and their assigned colors.

Please have your swimmer wear their team's color—preferably as a shirt—so it's easy for coaches and volunteers to identify each team throughout the morning.

🪨 Rock Decorating

When you arrive, you'll see a table set up with rocks and markers.

Before heading to your team, please have your swimmer write and decorate their name on a rock. This is needed for one of our Field Day stations.

Once their rock is finished, they should give it to their team parent.

We're ending Field Day with something exciting...

We'll draw three names from each age group, and those lucky swimmers will get to pie the coach of their choice!
