League Information
The Lincoln Lightning Swim Team is a member of the Valley Foothill Competitive Aquatics League (VFCAL). The League is comprised of teams throughout the greater Sacramento area. Currently, there are eight competitive swim teams in the League:
Arden Manor - Sacramento
Auburn Robalos - Auburn
Cordova Blue Marlins - Rancho Cordova
Dry Diggins Dolphins - Placerville
Rio Linda AquaKnights - Rio Linda
Woodland Wreckers - Woodland
Orangevale Tigersharks - Orangevale
