Good morning parents,

We are so excited for this weekend's Champs Meet in Woodland!

Thank you to those parents who have already signed up for volunteer positions.

We are still in need of the filling these volunteer positions:

1. Stroke & Turn (2)
   1. Second Shift (Events #21 - #44)
   2. Fourth Shift (Events #65 - #84)
   3. This position is crucial to support our swimmers. Please consider this position first if you have supported at other meets with Stroke & Turn
2. Team Parents (5):
   1. 6 & Under Girls
   2. 6 & Under Boys
   3. 7-8 Boys
   4. 9-10 Boys
   5. 11-12 Boys
   6. Parents - please ensure you are supporting the Team Parents with having your swimmers at the team tent and/or communicating with the Team Parent on if you will be responsible for your swimmer during the meet
3. Set-Up (1)
   1. Each Team is being requested to support 2-3 Volunteers
   2. If you arrive early and are able to support - please consider this position
4. Tear Down (2)
   1. Each Team is being requested to support 2-3 Volunteers
   2. If you have older swimmers who are swimming in later events - please consider this position
5. Ribbons (1) Fourth Shift (4:00pm - 6:30pm)

Parents - please remember that it is required per the Parent Handbook for a member of each family to volunteer for the meets their child(ren) swim in.
