Hi Lincoln Lightning Families,

We have several exciting events coming up over the next couple of weeks, and we wanted to make sure everyone has them on their calendars!

Home Meet vs. Auburn – Saturday, June 27

Our second home meet of the season is this Saturday, and it's shaping up to be another close one!

If you have not already done so, please declare your swimmer(s) as attending or not attending by tonight. Every swimmer matters, and the more swimmers we have competing, the more points we can score. Our last home meet was incredibly close, and we'd love to bring home another win!

We will also have two food trucks at the meet, so it should be a fun day for swimmers and families alike.

Lincoln Lightning Movie Night – Sunday, June 28

Join us for a fun team bonding event this Sunday!

Open Swim: 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM
Movie Begins: Following open swim in the pavilion

We will be showing Lilo & Stitch and making the evening a Hawaiian-themed event!

🌺 Wear your favorite Hawaiian shirts, leis, tropical outfits, or beach attire. The coaches will be dressing up too!

We are also making this a potluck-style event, so please sign up to bring an item to share with the team HERE

4th of July Parade Float

For the first time ever, Lincoln Lightning will be participating in the Lincoln 4th of July Parade!

We have been generously provided a trailer to use for our float, and now we need your help decorating it to make it the best float possible!

A SignUpGenius is attached HERE with the decorations and supplies we are looking for. If you're able to donate an item, we would greatly appreciate it.

We will be decorating the float on July 2nd. The exact time will be announced in the next few days.

If you sign up to donate an item, please bring it to practice and give it to a coach as soon as possible, preferably before July 1st, so we can start organizing everything we need.
