Check in

Check in is at 7:30am at the blue age group tents in the splash pad. Swimmers will get their new team caps at check in. If swimmers would like to wear their team suits they can, but it is not required. 

Jobs

If you signed up for a job tomorrow during the meet, we will provide training prior to and during the meet. 

Warm ups

Warm ups begin at 7:45am. 

13-18: 7:45-8:00am

9-12: 8:00-8:10am

4-8: 8:10-8:20am

Meet Start

The meet is scheduled to start at 8:30am, but there are often technical issues, so if that happens it could be a few minutes later.  If you have family coming to watch, 8:30am is a great time to come. 

Meet End

If everything runs as planned, we will finish by 11am tomorrow.

What to Bring

We will not be running a snack bar, so please bring healthy snacks and water for in- between races. Also bring the following:

2-3 towels per kid

a blanket or chairs to sit on

sunscreen

goggles and swim suit

games or coloring supplies

The gates will open by 7:15am. You may set up inside or outside of the gates.
