Last week we had a focus group regarding the possibility of having a Recreational Summer League Swim Team in Lincoln. Based on the survey sent out last week, and the Focus Group, we are moving in the direction of joining a league and competing with other teams next summer. However, this will not be possible without a lot of community and parent support.

There are two links under Parent Focus Group. You can view the presentation from the evening if you were unable to attend. The information in the presentation is not set in stone for next summer, but an example of what a team could look like so everyone understood what was being suggested and had a starting point for questions. 

Also, linked on the home page and attached are Parent Committee positions we are looking to fill next summer. We are scheduling a follow up meeting to begin to form a Parent Committee and continue working through details. This is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3rd from 5:30-7pm.
