Happy Monday, Team!

This week we will finish teaching/ reviewing breaststroke and start butterfly. Continue bringing fins and water bottles.

Tomorrow we will be doing Time Trials during practice. All this means is that your swimmer will get timed on races typically swam during meets so they can get used to racing. It will also help us  get some intial times for creating the upcoming swim meet. This is still al fairly normal practice. There will not be much time between races like there are at meets and no need for team areas or anything like that. Heats and lanes will be assigned on deck during practice. It is super informal.
